  • The “SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration” exam validates that the candidate possesses the fundamental and core knowledge required of an SAP Ariba Associate Business Consultant profile. This certification proves that the candidate has an overall understanding to participate as a member of a project team in a mentored role. This certification exam is recommended as an entry level qualification to participate in all SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration design and implementation projects.

Explain the business case for direct purchase orders, describe the process flow, explain how to use the direct PO features, use the direct materials fields and the return process, confirmation and ship notice controls, the high-tech industry fields, and explain the buy side exception monitors.

Supplier Enablement > 12%

Enable portal suppliers, enable integrated suppliers, use different support document standards (OAGIS, EDI, CXML, CSV), integrate over AS2, and use Cloud Integration Gateway in supplier enablement.

Integration and Set Up > 12%

Explain how SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration integrates with differetn buyer and supplier ERP systems and with SAP Ariba’s Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing products, Explain the benefits of Ariba Network integration, Enable SAP Supply Network integration, Set up suppliers, Set up different document types, Use the different adapters, Set up the master data, Copmlete technical acknowledgement documents on the Ariba Network, Monitor internal messages, Integrate with external information sources

Explain the business case for consigned inventory, describe the process flow, and use consigned inventory collaboration.

Invoicing < 8%

Use SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration’s invoicing features, resolve invoice exceptions, and describe tax differences for direct materials vs. indirect materials.
